Senior Pet Care
Our pets have depended on us for love and care since their tender years. It’s hard to admit, but our feisty puppy or frisky kitten is moving a little slower these days. What can we do to help?
Senior pet care at Cherokee Animal Clinic and Cherokee Cat Clinic is designed to lengthen our faithful companion’s life in a quality manner. We offer diagnostics to identify those conditions that afflict our older pets and then subsequent treatments to make them as comfortable as possible while supporting a healthy lifestyle. Treatments include things as simple as a diet change or a daily tablet to others such as therapy laser treatments or weight loss protocols.
Our doctors and staff strive to work with you, the caregiver, to create a workable and affordable way to keep your loving pet active and happy for as long as possible.
After your pet reaches age seven, your veterinarian will talk to you about how we can help ensure your pet's senior years are the best years of his or her life.
